Anyone notice the video phones they are using to broadcast live interviews with reporters in Afghanistan? I wonder if Qualcomm has managed to do something productive with their government services business? I recall the winner in the Gulf War was Cisco when it came to high tech intelligence. Qualcomm's warchest of Globalstar satellites, gpsOne, Video on Demand (MPEG4), etc... has unlimited military applications. The commercialization of these concepts are becoming obvious.
