Why does a stock rise? Buying lots of shares. Selling fewer shares. great News releases. Rumors. Sales increases. Contracts. Earnings. Cash Flows.

What is the reason behind DCTC's fall? Selling MORE shares than buyers can absorb.

Where are the SELLERS coming from? I isolated a SINGLE seller, as discussed on these BBs over a month ago. I could not identify him by name, just that the source was one party. Shares were coming in via Sharp Securities, IMO. Subsequently we saw shares coming in via Knight Securities.

Then we have the Neb and Ohio DCI shareholders who bought before Mr. Big brought the price down. They were offered to put their DCI shares back to E-Trade. This created more selling pressure.

E-Trade's dumping will end very soon. Mr. Big? I believe is finished too. If this is true then we need to look at the other factors listed above in the first paragraph.

Buyers? Unfortunately a lot of buying $$ has gone into the pockets of Mr. Big and E-Trade, leaving little left to make this stock SPRING! back up the moment the overhang from the selling stops. We may creep up to $1.75 from here, if there is no selling.

So let's look at the other factors: They all have to do with INFORMATION. Information reaching new potential investors is what is needed to create buying interest and that should result in an increase in the stock price...
