Aren't acquisitions normally done at somewhat of a premium of the acquired stock's current share price? What would possess mgmt. to sell the co. at a 1/2 point discount? Especially to a co. that has not been able to consistently make money.
I agree, this doesn't sound very appealing. I'm going to try to call the co. Has anyone else attempted the same?
