Typically about 1/3 to 40% max. is pilferred out. That leaves 60% to 67% distributed to the people, but that is almost certain. Overall, it is decent and not bad at all. It is not pure 100% greed. Consider it as administrative cost. If one check out most of the "goody two shoes" non-profit organizations in US, the admin cost varies from 5% to 40% among various organization.
