Sometimes authors take awhile with manuscripts. Sometimes a paper will be sent back for revisions. Etc., etc. Yeah, BM, I agree with you, and I wouldn't "figure" it that way. I'd use the post-Arena valuation, 1 million fewer shares out. Thanks for having the numbers handy.
