OK ... Personal attacks do not unfocus from the FACTs as evident in your posting.

Facts on organized Hedge / Off shoreshort groups :

Fact 1 - Transparency would expose their activities.

Fact 2 - Essentially there are no rules.

Fact 3 - Industry is largely unregulated

Fact 4 - Deal with wealthy individuals who are responsible only for themselves, not for other people's money.

Fact 5 - Strategies include using leverage and naked shorting securities (no borrowing).

Fact 6 - Are offshore to exploit structural inefficiencies in the American market such as not having to register with local securities commission

Fact 7 - Are notoriously secretive about their investment process, making it difficult to track their activities.

Fact 8 - Represent one of the fastest growing global investment vehicles to exploit America due to no transaparency especially offshore.

Fact 9 - Have no qualms about destabilizing currencies and markets.

FAct 10 - 5,000 large firms in the US controlling $500 billion and no way of telling how many organized small offshore naked short groups.

Fact 11 - Are lethal to vulnerable markets because they have access to vast amounts of leveraged (borrowed) money.

Fact 12 - There is simply no defence against such credit-based manipulation thus forcing smaller investors to go along for the ride or bail out completely and the the shorts covers.

Fact 13 - objective is to cause Markets to become suddenly illiquid.

Fact 14 - No transparency causes buyers to bail out, sellers take fright, prices plummet and thus the market crashes.

Fact 15 - Can easily undermined any shaky economic system.

And I am still laughing at you ... you just like to peronally attack. But that is par for the course.

You keep attacking me and I will keep on posting viable facts.
