Sector...Just a bit confused since I can't open the complete article...are the results going to be announced today? Wonder if some additional news will be announced as well. MRVC has been awfully quiet concerning the earnings...might get some slight indication in the pre market pricing of the stock. LMNE shorts...wonder if they will have a hard time covering. Given your math the exchange ratio seems reasonable to me as well, and you can be sure that Noam had lots of advice from his investment bankers before the ratio was announced. If I understand the situation correctly, the net result of folding LMNE back into MRVC is that MRVC has "gotten" cash back into the parent company, has left the shorts out to dry, and has reacquired a technolgy and company that can be sold subsequently. Have I missed anything? M1
