the problem is, they'll now be able to cover those shares at lower prices. MRV basically gave them the "out" they were looking for (unless MRV has a major positive announcement that pushes the price of MRV up). the ones getting screwed are the LMNE shareholders. MRV will come out just fine, as they will get the cash and the LMNE cash flow (ok, maybe this Q and one or two more won't be positive cash flow, but that's still to be determined).
