Yes, Bin Laden is no dummy but I have to believe that he would expect such a strong response. Either that or the othe theory as espoused by Ollie North. Ollie said that they knew damn well that they'd get one good shot at the giant so they hit us with everything they had on Sept 11th. Let's hope Ollie is right.
