KDavy, I checked cnn this morning before the commute and the demonstrations looked quite anemic. Pakistan seems to have these folks under control. It is interesting to note that two Palestinians involved in a big anti-american demostration there were killed by the Palestinian authority. If Arafat and Sharon could only understand that the interest of their respective peoples are actually aligned.....one can only dream. It appears the riot act was read to both leaders. Perhaps Arafat will realize that bin ladens world--a world without america is unthinkable. NY edgy today. mike
