Of course. Arafat cannot afford the world seeing his students support Bin Laden.
It is cheaper for him to have kids killed, even by numbers, rather than face the risk of yet another shift in the world opinion against his policies.
He has learned the hard way. Ten years ago he was kissing Saddam on both cheeks.
