WIND still with many problems.
Acquired many companies at high valuations.
Rounds of layoffs with huge payouts. Moral Deflator.
Many Complex products require much customer hand holding.
Telecom revenue generators have slowed big time.
Market pullback gives time to develop Linux alternatives.
Why pay unit royalties?

I almost bought into that 'lily pond' scenario. Sold at 15.
