1. simply ban AND MAKE TOTAL TRANSPARENCY FOR NAKED/HEDGE/OFFSHORE short sales
2. amend the constitution to equate NAKED/HEDGE/OFFSHORE selling shares to burning of the flag - as unpatriotic, that is!
3. institute death penalty to the NAKED/HEDGE/OFFSHORE sellers of stocks LIKE MALAYASIA.
