I've talked to Amy and she said that .1722 was a good deal at the time the acquisition was discussed a couple of months ago but the stock price (DRNK) went up significantly during negotiations and this is where the chips fell. Short term this doesn't look like the best deal but remember they've got to get the shareholders to vote on this and TRY has only 20% of them locked in...long term it's hard to see how this thing is going to play out...let's stay on top of it...
