trashy,
Anthrax on the keyboard is not as much of a concern as the fact that a swab from the nose on one of Bob Stevens co-workers had anthrax (Bob Stevens is the guy who died of pulmonary anthrax last week).

Infections by anthrax happen three ways; 1. Absorbtion through the skin, 2. Ingestion, 3. Through the lungs.

If it is on your keyboard, it will be absorbed through the skin. This is the least threatening form of Anthrax.

The worst is when it is breathed in. The fact that the guy had it in his nasal passage suggests that he breathed it in the same way that Bob Stevens did. Although (and not treating it lightly), I suppose he could have put his finger in his nose after typing on the keyboard.
