To add to Techie's analogy of the "Apple-School" failure, sure kids told their parents to buy them Apples like they had in school but a few years later the parents brought home IBMs like they used in the office. The same can happen with broadband. How many companies get cable? Plus cable is bound to fail and disappoint its users. Plus, so far it is just talk (I understand). Let's see it happen.
