It is easier for them to pose and posture and call us names and attack us when we are giving them a free pass. There have always been nutballs, but the widespread use of these tactics against ordinary citizens began in our lifetime. This whole thing is about making it end in our lifetime too.

Fascism began in my grandparents' lifetime, and it ended in their lifetime too. There are still right wing skinhead nutballs today, but society has not allowed them to be in a position where they can affect the rest of us as we live our lives.
