Paul: I think, in general, the BKX has the money center banks while the BIX does not. Sorry, I do not have more information. Maybe someone else does.

Looking at all of the problems (banks, cyclicals and transports) and watching the strength of the SOX and NASDAQ and NDX today along with the generally flat behavior in the broader markets, I think we are seeing some sector rotation here.
