I fully agree on the non coincidence issue. However it is worth noting that Faultline, on the Foreign Relation threat came up with his theory : from memory : Stevens ( the first guy, caught the desease from some outdoor sports, went back to his office, worked on computers around, could have been coughing and a colleague caught it. + Traces of bacteria can still be found around the office.
The theory is flawless as it explain the whole sequence of events and searches. It's odds of being correct, though are slim. We'll soon know.
