Not to worry. If you are flying into New Orleans, you may be diverted to Dallas and told "We might be able to get you there in the late afternoon tomorrow". It happened Friday to my daughter-in-law flying from DC to N.O. She ended up driving 7 hours with another woman from the plane to get there about 6 hours before her luggage (which they wouldn't let off the plane in Dallas). No names, but it sounds like: "can't tin nettle"
