You know thats the problem, I have spoken to Mark on several occassions and when ever I do I get the feeling that everything is on track. Even had a situation where I spoke to Mark when the big financing fell through, he convinced me, the deal had fallen through but they were working on something else and it was imminent. You know what - they were not working on anything else just stalling for time. Mark convinced me to hold my stock and within the day the stock plunged to about .25 cents.

If you are doing financings at these levels you are giving the company away. They are diluting yours and my investment. Promotion is the key at the lower end of the price scale.

As to your point of having more than one project - In the beginning the companies should concentrate on their core competancies, not be all over the map. Why would someone do a joint venture with STS when they could go out and get these properties themselves.
