many stakes have been driven into the ground

Are they still in the same ground they were driven into ... or were they driven into quicksand or mud?

Not being rude, but it seems that one of the problems we have had here is that theories have been offered ... and that is what you are talking about, theories, not real stakes in the ground ... but I have yet to see a good compelling case for a theory that works through known history, through bubble, through bust, and which continues to give me clear guidence today. Instead, what I have seen is either fractional theories, i.e., if I had done X I would have avoided Y, but which overlook Z which would mean that X was not such a good idea at all times, or I have seen ideas proposed which may or may not be good ideas, but there is no testing against the history to show whether they are or not.
