You may be surprised to find that there are as many conservatives as upset as this as there are liberals. The funny part is apparently a good 70 % of the population are more concerned for their physical safety than their civil rights and freedom. The left has a great hand in this in constantly telling people that they should be willing to trade in freedom for security. We warned you that this was not something that you would be able to just turn off when it suited you. Lecture after lecture was government will take care of you from cradle to grave. Well now the price will likely be paid for this political attitude. Guess what you convinced them.
