Brooks,

I have been watching checkfree from an industry perspective for a while and I agree with Mr. Gintel that checkfree >>has positioned itself to capitalize on the growth and development of electronic business commerce and home banking. << But I'm a little unsure as to how secure that position is. I know that have a great number of the 100 largest banks in the US 'signed up' for service. But what exactly does that mean?

- What percentage of each bank's transactions has checkfree contracted to service? If it is a small percentage that may not mean much.

- Also, what is the contract length? If its only six month contracts, that isn't a very stable position.

Thanks in advance for your comments.
