"The company announced in its news release of June 11, 1997 that it would issue one share of Intercell Technologies Corporation stock for every five (5) shares of Intercell Corporation stock owned by Intercell Corporation shareholders." Granted that X shares of INCE will bring X/5 shares of ITCO but if I own x amount of EDVC shares will I also receive X/5 ICTO shares? Michael C. Kim
