Have you looked at MFNX lately- i do not know what mfnx went public at but - convertible debt financing has conversion rights of .54 a share. On top of that they reduced the conversion price of a previous debt offering from $17 to $3. The case is not about LMNE buyers getting screwed but the MRVC holders. But hey times change and if we could have forseen the optical bubble we would all have bailed. I think MRVC is now making the best of a bad situation. they might as well consolidate and cut expenses now that the ipo game is dead and hope to streamline an eventually sell the company or become profitable.
