If you are a terrorist and you have one of these suitcase bombs, why then would you go through the time, and trouble, to train pilots and get 20 guys together to Hijack planes. Just put one of these bombs in the city and wipe one 8Millon people? This way would much cleaner, one person does the work and dies with the bomb, no trace left.

I am skeptical that these organizations have nuclear or biological weapons. Not to say that the prudent thing for the government to do is expect that the terrorist do have these types of weapons and act accordingly. But, so far these organizations have used crude technology, if any, to do their dirty work.
