Circit order of the day...for a metro OC-12.

A reseller has sold a circuit to a customer. The customer says they will build out to whoever the metro carrier is in their building. The reseller then orders the circuit from a carrier who doesn't have the capacity. The carrier orders the circuit from another reseller who orders the circuit from another carrier. The final carrier receives an order and doesn't have the capacity to the correct floor in the building. The carrier in the middle says they have a pullbox on the other carriers floor. The final carrier builds the circuit to the pullbox on the floor and the middle carrier extends the circuit from the pullbox to their POP. The customer builds their building lateral to the middle carrier's POP.

That is only one side of the circuit.
