Came looking for the Time & Sales log. We have 62,500 shares and 13 transactions. That indicates at least one 10K block or larger.

Only thing is the low bid was $1.53 but the low trade was $1.56.

Does not look like a MARKET ORDER was placed to sell from E-trade.

Looks like (and remember I don't have the log to read yet) that someone BOUGHT a block of DCTC. The trading range today is $1.56 to $1.59.

Taken with yesterday's action and counting the days from the May 20th E-Trade letter, I am of the opinion that E-Trade selling is history, or most likely so.

I would consider NIBBLING here. Limit orders, are a must. Either at the Ask, or someplace lower. Even a limit of $1.375 or $1.25 and you might get an execution if a seller comes along.

But as far as my thoughts of a <$1 buying opportunity, it looks like that's not in the cards.

Summary: START BUYING HERE, but buy SLOWLY.

Colin
