Last night my husband read me a letter to the editor in the local paper blaming Ken Starr for our current problems with bin Laden, et al. The writer claimed that if Clinton had not been distracted by Ken Starr, he would have taken care of Saddam.

So not everyone blames everything on Clinton - some blame everything on Ken Starr.;^)
