Tai Kwon Do is mostly kicks and punches. Hap Ki Do includes cane fighting techniques which could be considered a "stick thing".

There are plenty of marital arts which either focus on stick or staff fighting or at least have such things as an important component but I wouldn't call Tai Kwon Do one of them.
