Sul.v, eh .. interesting chart, looks like its focus is in BC which is sort of virgin territory again following the ouster of the previous regime .... what are the major pros and cons on this one? ... i've never looked at it ... what attracted you to it?
You and i share five out of the eight here -g- ... cbd.to and bgi.to are two i should look at closer, i hold indirectly a few of the former .... there are so many and it's a lot of work to attempt to make meaningful comparison among them, eh .... my approach has always been fairly random, something catches the eye and i look at it, put it on watchlist under the Possibility, Maybe Later, or Absurdity categories, then from time to time shift them around and buy and sell a few of the Possibilities ... then one of [or a combination of] three things happens -
1. the thing treats you well, puts you in the black, so you like it ... maybe you sell all and watch to get back in, or you just sell a few to reduce the acb on the rest .. [acb = adjusted cost base] ... i have probably a dozen tickers in this category, bay.to, aur.to, xcl.to are all like that ... there is risk of complacency in this attitude, but still it's true - nothing succeeds like success
2. the thing treats you poorly, or just sits there stinking up the account, before or, if you're not quick enough, after its delisting ... useful only as another smarten-up pill and brought up in conversation only among friends -g-
3. the thing still shows promise but has yet to deliver, often through no fault of its own, waiting for metals price cycles and financing, or drill results, or some story like a court case [some like these, i don't] ... so you wait but you're content in the waiting ... especially when they start upticking and getting strongly bid like geo.to is doing at this moment ... hmmm |
