Nowadays there's bound to be someone who will file a frivolous lawsuit and with our feel good justice system, some liberal judge, you know, of the dipjay or calladine persuasion, might find for the plaintiffs. I will guarantee I won't be the one to file. Realistically though, to lead your shareholders on with an entire business plan built on spinning off subordinate divisions to increase shareholder value, and then to basically ftuta, and do the complete opposite, and cover it with a depends on market conditions clause is pretty damn shady in my eyes. You may see it different, that's your choice. knc
