How about RBOCs? My understanding is that the RBOCs are the main
possible players of xDSL. xDSL may give RBOCs a leverage for them
to compete with telcos. Telcos may be destroyed by xDSL but not
RBOCs. They latter can use one stone to hit two birds--cable Co.
and telcos. Am I right?
