Costco to Sell Sprint PCS Phones,
Services

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Reuters) - Sprint PCS Group (NYSE:PCS -
news), the nation's fourth-largest wireless telephone company, on
Tuesday said its phones and services will be sold through Costco
Wholesale Corp. (Nasdaq:COST - news) starting Nov. 1.

Financial terms nor the time-frame of the deal were not disclosed.

The unit of Sprint Corp. (NYSE:FON - news), said Sprint PCS would be the exclusive nationwide
wireless carrier for Costco, the largest U.S. wholesale club operator.

The phones and services will be sold in the majority of Costco's 274 stores in the Unites States and
Puerto Rico.

Sprint PCS already has other relationships with retailers including RadioShack Corp. (NYSE:RSH -
news) and Best Buy Co. Inc. (NYSE:BBY - news).
