What has honesty to do with anything we're hearing just now? The Russians getting to Kabul first makes me neither happy nor unhappy. As for Putin and Bush being on good terms it may suit them as a matter of shifting expediency - just as Bush appears momentarily to have discovered the 'Palestinian State' as did Dad during the Gulf War when he was trying to get the Arabs on side. This time it's a little harder - getting them on side I mean - not a chance in fact. As for being critical of the British in particular I reserve the right to be so, after all I am one, or was, and still have citizenship and a passport. But forget the truth my friend - it's mostly propaganda now and you should realise it and try to sort out the lies from the lesser lies from the truth.
