There is no world culture. There are many cultures in the world and many are worthy.

I am getting the idea that your ideal is an environment where all cultures are present and equal. I don't think such "cultures" function very well. Perhaps you could name a few success stories where easy sharing of real power and influence among cultures is the norm.

Western European values suit me fine.
