Find the currupt terrorists, stop them, crush them, destroy them if need be; but lets not lose our souls along the way.

Jewel...

We are in total agreement here. Nothing sarcastic, more like disgust for argument of moral equivilance. And I don't really think you are saying that, but it seems perilously close.

Sacrificing your life for paradise/heaven is one thing.

Sacrificing the lives of others?

I can assure you when we watched those building collapse upon themselves and extinguish the lives within, it was no stadium event either, brother.

The bombing of the WTC was evil but clearly the ones who did it believed in what they were doing...and now they are dead. Not much of a dilema, simply be done with them.

Oh would that it be so "simple". The leaders and supporters of the "now dead" did not exist in a vacuum. They aren't disembodied evil spirits...they have flesh and blood, they occupy physical domains, we've politely and forcefully "asked" for their expulsion.

Failure to comply with that request brings consequences. No one wants the death of innocents. No one wishes for destruction of innocent human lives. Efforts are being made to give help and sustenance to the refugees.

But make no mistake about it. The blood of the innocents will be on the hands of the terrorists and their sponsors.

Fair warning has been given.
