Heinz; RE>> and of this turned on capacity, only 10% is actually used. <<< It's been a while since I looked but taht is hard to belive, were did you get the 10% being used ? Last year there was such a jam up the whole damm net near came down ( several parts of it did ) , and most major hubs were running at 140% rated capacity at peak week day hours. We were getting brown out's after brown outs , I know it's a lot better now but 10% of capacity ? They must be measuring in the middle of the night. Jim
