I guess if Clinton hadn't been attacked from the first day he took office from the hatemongers, many of whom of course live in this cyber box, he could have had a decent chance to FOCUS on other things. Like WORLD PEACE and Anti Terrorism.
Of course he didn't get that done....but the right wing zealots managed to defrock the Constitution with a world wide embarrassment of a bastardized impeachment attempt. That was certainly good for the US>
