I agree. Note the technical pattern last year. The big run came in late '95, early '96. Tech stocks are taking their "normal" seasonal decline into the autumn. So if one believes that Compaq, HP, etc. are going to have good winters, SIGA remains a leveraged play on making winter profits in the tech sector. (For those who haven't done the homework, SIGA supplies Compaq, HP and others with components built to client specifications).
