yes Merrill Lynch does, they charge you 1% of your portfilio with unlimited trades so it ends up being very cheap when trading. If you have a 30.00 profit you can go ahead a take it because you get the profit. Its called ML direct, and at the end of the year you get a nice statement that does all the work for you
