Greg, I think it's pretty clear that they are playing up the "ex-LMNE" factor because LMNE no longer fits their business model. They were going to spin it off, but all the shorting made it impossible. I've heard they are exploring a LMNE sale. From this, they apparently don't think LMNE will be around much longer. Maybe they already have an offer? This will increase the price LMNE shorts will have to pay to cover.
