Anyone who wants to compete with JDSU. LMNE is ideally set up for sale

1) They already spent their Capex for automation
2) They already took their inventory and "other" write off
3) They already announced their staff reductions
4) They already have major capacity in China, where salaries are $150 per month and employees live in company housing already on the premises. They are in the process of moving some production there.
5) They have a very broad product line
6) They have a broad customer base
7) The customer base is distributed broadly throuhout the world
8) They are focused on Metro, the highest growth area
9) All the bad news is out.
