Jeff, this is a time in US, Russian and Chinese relations, that Henry Kissenger would donate his kidneys, if it enable him to triangulate Foreign policy. He loves backChannels and multiple entendres/ and alliances and this is the most unique global alliance set-up since prior to WW!. The most Highly Fluid situation that I can recall. Any worthy author could spin out 50 different scenarios on how this will play out over the next 18 months. John
