Given a population exceeding 140MM, millions of them already champing at the bit for our comeuppance, I don't see how that can happen. Any efforts toward it would spark world-wide conflict far worse than this terror "war." Oil flow would be cut dramatically by local action, if not by governments. Economies and Western-friendly governments would collapse. And all that is aside from the fact that Pakistan has nukes.

Further, Western nations would never accept the casualties inherent in an action far less bloody than going into Pakistan. I'm keeping most of my modest tech stock position, counting on cool heads such as Colin Powell, and for that matter GWB, for heeding good advice. I think cash and some gold are good right now.
