A while back I sold some QCOM OCT 70 calls. Now the calls are only worth .15. I was thinking of buying them back and selling the Nov 50. But I was wondering, since the options expire next week and the chance of QCOM hitting 70 is practically nil, could I sell the NOV 50 calls anyways without having the actual QCOM shares to cover?

Is that what they call selling naked calls?

Thanks.
