Southwestern Resources has acquired one million additional shares of Aurora Platinum Corp. through the exercise of share purchase warrants and has acquired an additional 16,200 common shares of Aurora through the facilities of the Canadian Venture Exchange. Southwestern Resources currently owns 2,998,775 common shares of Aurora, representing approximately 19.37 per cent of its outstanding shares.
Southwestern Resources has acquired these securities for investment purposes and may from time to time acquire additional shares, dispose of some or all of its existing or additional shares or may continue to hold the shares as the circumstances require.
