They operate upon a set of rules that limits what they can do. You and I don't. I suspect that by the time this is through, we'll have a significant number of mutual fund operations shutting their doors. By IB in your last post I assume you mean the Independent Buyers for silicon? I would really like to know specifically what the "big-time" increase in sales they are claiming to see are from. It goes against everything I am hearing. <H>
