Unfortunately if insiders own more than 20% of the stock, and influence god knows how many more shares, all the NO votes from the lay investor won't make a difference.

Perhaps things at Cable Car were not quite as rosy as everybody thought...

Oh well, the ride was fun but now its over. On to bigger and better things...
